Only visible slots + shooting ammo can have ilvl listed in their stats, but that doesn't mean that other slots can't effectively be ilvl based on how much stronger they are in overall stats to 99 equipment. That's probably what he means.

Er well unity but meant more stat ammo. Didn't realize Ginsen had an ilvl on it since the item page doesn't show it.

Well, I'm staring at mine right now and ginsen doesn't have ilvl on it. But I think maybe that's not what he meant.

For what it's worth, a decked out cook can already do that. ilvl hocho would be pretty funny though.
